PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Zelle for WooCommerce

Accept Zelle payments without sending customers outside your store experience

O2S Zelle for WooCommerce is being built for merchants that want to offer Zelle as a clearly presented manual payment option while preserving the normal WooCommerce order workflow. Instead of asking customers to find payment instructions in an unrelated email or contact the store after ordering, the plugin places the instructions where the buyer expects them: during checkout, on the order confirmation screen and in relevant order communications.

How the planned workflow works

The customer selects Zelle at checkout, completes the WooCommerce order and receives the merchant-configured recipient details, payment note instructions and QR information. The order can remain in a configurable pending or on-hold state while staff verify payment. This approach is designed for businesses that already accept Zelle manually but want a cleaner customer experience and better internal order organization.

Built for store owners, not developers

The settings area is being designed so a merchant can configure recipient information, customer instructions, checkout messaging and payment-verification notes without editing theme files. The free edition is intended to cover the core offline-payment workflow. The Pro roadmap focuses on higher-volume operations, including multiple payment profiles, conditional instructions, more detailed order automation and additional administrative controls.

Who this plugin is for

This product is aimed at small businesses, local service companies, specialty retailers, wholesale sellers and other WooCommerce merchants that want to offer a bank-to-bank payment alternative. It does not claim to create a direct banking integration with Zelle; the planned core product is a merchant-controlled manual payment workflow inside WooCommerce.
