Let approved WooCommerce customers place an order and pay by invoice
O2S Invoice Payment Option for WooCommerce is being developed for B2B, wholesale, school, corporate and established-customer relationships where payment does not always happen at the moment of checkout. The plugin adds a professional pay-by-invoice option while allowing WooCommerce to continue managing the order, products, customer and fulfillment process.
A better workflow for business payment terms
Instead of asking a business customer to select an unrelated offline method, the checkout can clearly identify invoice payment and explain the applicable terms. The order can enter the appropriate WooCommerce status for staff review and invoicing. This makes the payment expectation clearer for the buyer and gives the merchant a cleaner record of why the order was placed without immediate card payment.
Designed for controlled access
The free core is planned to cover a basic invoice payment method with configurable instructions and order handling. Pro will focus on the controls that matter to B2B stores: customer or role eligibility, Net 15/30/60-style terms, order-value rules, wholesale groups, approval workflows and more detailed administrative automation.
Useful beyond traditional wholesale
The same workflow can support schools, nonprofits, travel companies, local service businesses, corporate accounts and other organizations that work with purchase approvals or established billing relationships. The merchant remains responsible for approving credit and collecting payment; the plugin provides the WooCommerce workflow.
Development status
This product is under development. The final public release will include documentation explaining recommended order statuses, customer communication and the difference between the Free and Pro editions.
