Aside from online marketing I’m also a Sensie ( japanese martial arts instructor ) for over a yr now I have been doing a workout program for adults which is basically a MMA bootcamp. Just recently I added a 6am class which as much as I hate to wake up early, I have to admit I’m starting to enjoy it allot. I find starting the day early to really help with becoming focused for the day… You wake up and the sun is just coming up and you start to think what needs to get done as well as feeling your day is much longer. I also see a clear difference in my morning group which is crazy to come workout so early. They are their with a true focus to perform vs the afternoon group which has been torn down after a days worth of stress and activity. So this post was to make you consider trying a different time of the day to work or accomplish a goal. Mix it up and don’t do the normal take a random time be it 4am or 6am and make an effort to push yourself before ur day has even started. You may surprise yourself with the results
